Pinmar is looking for an Engineer to join our Production Department. The successful applicant will be a proactive person with interest in the nautical industry and with availability to travel regularly.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Plan projects with the Project Manager.

• Manage resources, access to the shipyard, travel, allocate working hours.

• Provide support with the management of materials, transportation, etc.

• Coordinate and organize both the work team and the programming of daily tasks.

• Manage the budget.

• Collaborate with the management of paperwork associated with work: daily reports on both production and workers.

• Comply with quality standards.

• Meet the agreed deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with the safety and environmental standards of the project.

• Solve any unforeseen events that may arise according to the company’s policy.

• Prepare internal and client reports.

Skills for the position / Job Skills

We need a person:

• Organised with planning capacity.

• Willing to travel most of the time.

• Eager to learn.

• Proactive and above all very decisive.

• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Tolerance to changes.

• With people skills, it is necessary to treat people well.

• Accustomed to working under pressure.

Training and knowledge / Qualifications and Requirements

• Naval Engineering, preferably (knowledge of nomenclature is necessary).

• Other valuable engineering (Industrial).

• Office package User level, especially Excel.

• English C1 (Must be able to communicate without any problem).

• Necessary field experience, valuable experience in Shipyards.

Accommodation Agent - Pinmar


Accommodation Agent - Pinmar


Pinmar is looking for an Accommodation Agent who will be in charge of organising the accommodation of the company’s employees for our various projects around Europe.

The Accommodation Agent must:

• Search for accommodation to house our workers

• Negotiate price and conditions with suppliers

• Travel to project destinations to conduct market research

• Personally review the accommodations and make sure they meet the necessary conditions

• Manage any incident related to accommodation


For this position we are looking for a proactive person, with negotiating power, a vocation for service and diplomacy.

Previous experience in accommodation or related education, full availability to travel and a very high level of English are essential.
